When you buy a Linden home, expert help and advice is never more than a phone call away. Your boiler is covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. You also have the reassurance of our own 2-year warranty, which commences from the day you legally complete on your new home.

Your manufacturer’s warranty covers your boiler and all integrated controls. For more information refer to your owner’s manual.

Your Linden warranty includes advice on operating your central heating system. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for our Customer Service team are available Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 16:30 / Friday 09:00 - 15:30. It also covers 24-hour emergency support if your heating and hot water system malfunctions or fails.

Your warranty does not include annual servicing or general maintenance such as bleeding radiators or re-pressurising your boiler. For more information about servicing and general maintenance see Heating and Hot Water.
