When you move into your new home you will be given a handover form to note down anything that you’re not happy with. If you notice any defects, it is important that you let us know as soon as possible. Our warranty covers faults that were present before you started living in your home; it does not cover accidental damage and general wear and tear.
Movement in unit doors in normal as they settle in, and as a result of frequent use. To realign them all you have to do is adjust the screws located within each hinge.
If the lights or electrical appliances in your kitchen are not working, the first thing you should do is check your consumer unit for tripped switches. See Electrical Troubleshooting for more information.
