Your Linden warranty covers the repair/replacement of defective guttering, downpipes and roofing materials. It also includes expert advice on any questions relating to your roof and roof space. Your warranty doesn’t include general repairs and maintenance, such as cleaning or clearing guttering and downpipes. Replacing slipped roof tiles caused by adverse weather conditions is also excluded.
