The Meet The Builder is an appointment where you will have the opportunity to review the drawings for your new home with your site manager and sales consultant. They will explain how your new home will be constructed, show you the detail of the finishes and answer any questions which you may have. In this section you will find confirmation of your appointment date and time and a record of the drawings shown.

The Home Demonstration Inspection is where we will take you to your new home to run through its facilities and functions, and how to maintain it. This practical demonstration is the perfect time to inspect your home ahead of your move in date. In this section you will find confirmation of your appointment date and time and a record of the items demonstrated.

Move-In Day occurs once legal completion has taken place. In this section you will find a record of the number of keys handed over to you, meter readings, utility companies, useful information, and contact details.
